Nordic Hotel Forum (Festivalzentrum)

Das Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) fand erstmals 1997 statt. Seit 2014 gehört es zu den 15 A-Filmfestivals, die vom Internationalen Verband der Filmproduzenten (FIAPF) genehmigt sind, neben Cannes, Karlovy Vary, San Sebastian, Locarno, Venedig, Berlin, Kairo, Mar de Plata, Goa, Tokio und anderen Filmfestivals.
